We are pleased to announce Battle of the Mills— a new and unique competition created by the Suri Network that showcases the expertise of mills in processing Suri Fiber. Participating mills and their customers will have the opportunity to submit their Suri yarn for assessment in various yarn weight classes, including lace, fingering, dk, sport, worsted and core-spun yarns.

To be eligible, submitted yarns will be accepted into one of two categories, those composed of 100% Suri and Suri blends consisting of at least 50% Suri. For this inaugural year, only natural colors will be accepted in the 100% category. In the 50% Suri category, natural Suri may be blended with colored fibers. There are two options for entry: direct submission from the mill and submission by their customer showcasing the mill where the yarn was processed.
